Cancellations:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction, which may include offering a complimentary service.

Payment Issues:
In case of any payment discrepancies or overcharges, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the service. Refunds for payment issues will be processed within 7-10 working days.
